Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15–30 days for Brazil and 10–20 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

    The item's processing time includes rigorous quality control checks—e.g. inspecting materials, zippers, seams, embellishments, interiors, lining, etc.—to ensure product satisfaction. Processing typically happens within 24 hours of a business day. However, stock availability, time of year, or national holidays may affect this, and popular items with low stock may take 2–5 business days to process and dispatch.

    If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item in your order, simply send us your request via a support ticket. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Shipping time: This is the transit time from our fulfillment center to your destination. International delivery usually takes 8–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet via the US Postal Service: after dispatch, items usually take 7–15 days to arrive but may take longer. Orders to Brazil, Russia, or other continents may take up to 30 days or longer.
    If express delivery is selected and the order is split into multiple packages, the first may ship via express and remaining via standard delivery.

    Estimated shipping time starts from the ship date, not the order date, and may be delayed due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, or other factors.

 


Customs Charges

Prices in the online store do not include overseas duties or customs charges. These are imposed by your country's customs authority and are beyond our control. Please familiarize yourself with any such charges before ordering. Bellepolly is not responsible if you're not notified by your postal authority about duties/taxes. We will not cover customs charges for items returned.

If a parcel is not claimed or is refused, delivery personnel may attempt re-delivery. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by authorities in your country. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels.
