Return & Refund Policy
RETURN
Please contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and further instructions.
For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Bikini

Swimwear/Swimsuit
-
Underwear
-
Some accessories (e.g., earrings, stockings, body piercing, etc.)
Returns are not allowed if the pink label on the clothing has been removed.
21 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you received and wish to return it, you may file a claim for compensation with the following procedure:

Within 21 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and letting us know whether you'd like a refund or replacement.

You must send the item back within 30 days after receiving the product (we consider the time you receive the item based on logistics tracking).
We will review your claim and contact you if we need additional information.
If approved, we will refund or resend the item; you may also be asked to return the product.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in a resalable condition, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

CHANGING YOUR MIND?

If your package is already en route, we may need to charge shipping costs as compensation. Email support@bellepolly.com for return address and fee details.

If your package is still in our warehouse, we can help you cancel your order at no extra charge.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with a new or correct version.

If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address or being unclaimed, please contact support@bellepolly.com to verify the package status and find the appropriate solution.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If the return is due to consumer choice (e.g., changed your mind), the consumer is responsible for shipping fees, which should be based on the carrier selected. We do not cover tax on returns.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), the consumer is not responsible for return shipping fees.

No restocking fee will be applied.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Typically, products discounted over 50% are marked with prices ending in *.55, *.88, *.99, or *.98.
